With advanced laser welding technology and equipment, Zhongke Yuchen has developed and provided several sets of long-range laser welding systems, laser-MIG (MAG) composite welding systems, laser-TIG composite welding systems, narrow gap laser wire filling welding systems, laser brazing systems, etc. At the same time, the company has carried out in-depth research on intelligent detection technology and closed-loop welding quality control technology in the laser welding process, and the related achievements won the first prize of science and Technology Progress of China Machinery Industry in 2016, and achieved industrial application.
Relying on its own large number of laser processing equipment, strong technology and production team and years of process technology accumulation, Zhongke Yuchen can now carry out a variety of laser processing service business. At present, it has formed three processing service bases in Bengbu, Shenyang and Suzhou, with more than 50 sets of laser cladding equipment, laser welding equipment, metal additive manufacturing equipment, water guided laser processing, laser 3D cutting and plane cutting equipment, and multiple sets of machining and testing equipment. Based on independent innovation, the company is committed to building a complete laser industry chain, and has gradually built research and development centers, application demonstration centers, marketing centers and processing and manufacturing service bases in Northeast, East, central and southwest regions.
