● The core R&D team is multidisciplinary, including PhDs in CPU technology, chip design experts, R&D personnel from traditional ATE (Automated Test Equipment), and analog signal experts from design companies. This united, cross-disciplinary technical team can spark innovative ideas, allowing us to bypass the dominant areas of international giants in architecture and concepts, providing opportunities to overtake them on the curve

● Avoiding the traditional ATE's large backplane architecture, we adopt more advanced edge computing concepts and high-speed communication methods, offering significant advantages in parallel testing efficiency

● Through self-developed chips and circuits, we have achieved autonomy over key ATE chips (PE). The reliability of our circuits has been validated over many years in customer sites. Our circuit power consumption is only 10% of traditional chips, enabling more precise DC measurements. Currently, our machine's DC accuracy can reach 0.05%, attaining a high level among similar test machines. Additionally, we can integrate more digital channels per unit volume, thereby achieving higher parallel testing capability

● Through lossless compression via software and real-time decompression by local processors on channel boards during testing, we achieve a compression rate of over ten times. This means that with 128M of physical storage space, we can actually store more than 1,280 DFT patterns. As a result, we can meet customer needs for an extended period without increasing hardware costs. For complex chips from top-tier clients, this technology addresses the issue of exponentially increased testing costs due to the need for constant loading and unloading of patterns caused by insufficient storage space on test machines.

● Collaborating with top domestic universities, we employ a SpaceX-like approach by integrating numerous low-end, non-restricted chips to achieve high-performance broadband analog boards. By using innovative machine learning methods to coordinate manufacturing variances among different chips, this technology not only overcomes international restrictions but also enhances testing accuracy. After extensive discussions with the top domestic design companies and gaining customer approval, chip testing and validation are currently underway.

The socket branch at our Suzhou facility designs, manufactures, and supplies full lines of test socket products to meet customers’ different requirements—from traditional pogo pin to tension type, to elastomer, coaxial, MEMS and beyond

The PCB department provides final test load board, wafer prober interface board, probe card and burn-in board for various platforms. Our team members have an average of more than 10 years of experience in designing the complex customized boards for mixed signal, RF and high speed Serdes applications
