Allied International’s range of prompt delivery stock comprises 24,000 tonnes of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and nonferrous alloys including equal and reducing tees, crosses, concentric and eccentric reducers, caps, 90° and 45° long radius elbows, 180° long radius return bends, 90° short radius elbows, 180° short radius return bends, lined and clad pipes in all schedules according to ANSI B36.10 and ANSI B36.19 and up to schedule XXS and over, in sizes up to 120” NPS. Tectubi Raccordi:
Founded in 1954 and incorporated into Allied International Group in 2003, Tectubi Raccordi was the first Italian world-leading manufacturer of steel buttwelding pipe fittings to be used in nuclear and thermal power plants, LNG plants, oil&gas and water pipelines, offshore & subsea and petrochemical plants. It is a top supplier of superpipes for the nuclear sector. For over half a century the company has been collaborating with the most important EPC companies, offering its products at the highest quality and manufacturing standards. Its workers’ craftsmanship and experience and its technical service is key to meeting any client’s request in terms of materials, design and international specifications.
During recent years, Tectubi Raccordi has developed three major facilities: in Castel San Giovanni, Piacenza, Italy; Carbonara Scrivia, Alessandria, Italy and Tianjin, China, so as to increase penetration in all target markets.
More than 50years experience in the nuclear sector
1970s: production of fittings for Italian NPPs in Caorso and Trino Vercellese in cooperation with Ansaldo Nucleare and General Electric and first relationships with Framatome and EDF for the construction of the first NPPs in France (Phoenix and Super- Phoenix).
1980s & 90s: production of fittings for the Italian NPP in Montalto di Castro and the first NPP in China in cooperation with Framatome (AREVA NP).
2000 - today: supplies of standard and special fittings for the new generation of NPP (EPR and AP1000) in France, China, South Korea and South Africa.
Tectubi Raccordi has its headquarters and main plant in Podenzano (total area 59,000 sq m), a technologically advanced plant in Castel San Giovanni (total area 251,000 sq m) and a factory in Calendasco (total area 8,800 sq m), all in the province of Piacenza, Italy. From December 2017, OMP-Tectubi Raccordi S.R.L. was merged by incorporation into Tectubi Raccordi S.p.A. This facility (total area 50,000 sq m) produces seamless and welded large-radius bends by hot induction and cold bending. Other production units in Italy and a warehouse in China complete the complete and increase the product range: Gieminox-Tectubi Raccordi Welded Pipes Division in Schio, Vicenza, Italy, which produces heavy wall welded pipes, longitudinally welded clad pipes, bi-metal lined pipes. Gieminox Tectubi Raccordi Welded Pipe Division:
Since 1980 Gieminox, established in Schio, Vicenza, Italy has become a well-established manufacturer of longitudinally welded pipes, clad pipes and lined pipes. In 2011 Tectubi Raccordi incorporated Gieminox into Gieminox-Tectubi Raccordi Welded Pipes Division, thus broadening the product range through the direct production of welded pipes from 3” and including all non-standard sizes and clad pipes from 6” up to 100” OD in every type of steel. Since then, the company has invested in equipment such as brake presses, heat treatment furnaces, rolling/welding/turning machines, so as to guarantee the highest production standards according to the international specifications and to shorten the delivery time. The company produces welded pipes up to 70 mm wall thickness and up to 12,2 meter lengths.
Raccordi Forgiati
Since its foundation in 1976, in Nibbiano, Piacenza, Italy, Raccordi Forgiatt (total area 41,000 sq m) has been developing its position in the buttweld fittings market; in 2005, it was incorporated into Allied International Group. It is well-known as a manufacturer of a full range of elbows, tees, reducers and caps. The company, with headquarters and plant in Nibbiano, Piacenza, Italy, has a yearly production capacity of 10,000 tonnes for a range of 20,000 items and is supported by a large stock of raw materials and finished products. The main clients include global players in the oil, gas and petrochemical industrial sectors who demand different materials such as carbon steel grades featuring moderate and low temperature, high yield characteristics, alloy steel grades for elevated temperatures, austenitic and austenitic/ferritic stainless steels including duplex and superduplex, and nickel base non-ferrous alloys.
Bassis Luigi
During 2018 Allied International had acquired BASSI LUIGI & C. S.p.A., one of the top worldwide manufacturers of buttweld fittings with a very long and prestigious history. It was after World War II that Mr. Luigi Bassi started producing the first fittings in Italy. He gained wide high experience and created many important connections in this industrial field. In 1962 he moved his activities to its current location and established his company. The company has progressively extended its range of activity and has achieved a worldwide leading position and a high degree of specialization, which characterizes its overall production. Part of an international group of companies, over the course of the years Bassi Luigi & C. has been granted the most important certifications to work in the power generation, oil&gas, offshore and nuclear plant industries. Simas
SIMAS is specialized in the production of a wide range of large radius bends cladding, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and in prefabrication. In particular many ranges of special pieces are destined for oil&gas such as prefabricated pipes in all types of material grades, large-radius bends in all sizes up to 60” diameter (produced from bended pipe by electrical induction - 3D, 5D, 7D, 10D), receiving and launching traps with patented quick closures, extrusions on manifolds. Cladding services for pipes and bends are fully in line with requests from clients to upgrade the product performances in several applications. Last but not least, the company produces pressure reactors for desulphurization plants, tubular reactors for polypropylene and polyethylene plants, jacketed reactors/semi pipe heating, high pressure separators, shell and tubes heat exchangers, pressure vessels, distillation and fractionation columns for the petrochemical sector, while the thermomechanical sector is served with low and medium pressure water pre-heaters, superheaters and tubular refrigerants. SIMAS occupies an area of 45,000 sq m (15,000 sq m covered), employs 60 people and has a yearly capacity of 10,000 tons of finished products.
Interfit
Interfft S.A.S., which has been part of Allied International Group since 2018, is located in Maubeuge, France, at the heart of the historical steel & tube industrial area, close to Paris and to the international port of Antwerp. Interfit has been manufacturing and selling seamless buttweld elbows on carbon steel for over 60 years. Thanks to its automated production line, a new furnace and an advanced in-house laboratory, Interfit can supply top quality products to meet any specifications, in full compliance with safety and environmental standards. Its Quality Manual sets out the full control system of the plant along with related procedures and instructions, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9002, API Spec Q1 and other international standards. Every enquiry and order is managed in accordance with the Quality Manual. Production, inspection and tests (both destructive and non-destructive) are defined and run by a controlled sequence of operations and information, with constant feedback to the data base for process control.

Founded in 1967,SAIC is specialized in the rapid machining of flanges according to European and American standards (EN / ASTM / ASME), of rings, blinds and discs or pieces according to client drawings. In addition, SAIC with its 15,000 sqm of warehouse and 20,000 sqm of outdoor storage is the Allied Group’s stockiest in France of flanges, fittings and pipes. With more than 2000 tons of product available in European and American standards.
BSL Pipe and Fittings
The history of BSL goes back to 1946 with the production of vessels in stainless steel and later in 1961 the first manufacturing of pipes and elbows in stainless steel. Currently, BSL is a widely-approved supplier to the oil & gas, nuclear, desalination, petrochemical and other industries with specific requirements concerning corrosion and heat resistance as well as highest expectations with regards to quality and safety. BSL is an approved supplier to almost all end-users such as Saudi Aramco, Qatar gas, BP, Shell, PDO, Total and Petrobras among others. It occupies a 130,000 sqm overall space divided into 22,300 sqm roofed production area, 12,000 sqm storage, and 1,050 sqm office building. The core competence of the company is the manufacture of longitudinally welded pipes as well as seamless and welded fittings in stainless steel, duplex grades, high nickel and special alloys such as copper nickel. Petrol Raccord
manufacturer of buttweld fittings for the oil & gas, power-generation and petrochemical industries, in a deal intended to expand the Allied Group production range. Established in 1969, Petrol Raccord manufactures buttweld fittings from 1/2” up to 56”, almost without wall thickness limitations, and holds an impressive number of end-user approvals. Using the hot forming method, Petrol Raccord has the capability to provide elbows, tees, reducers and caps in accordance with the most stringent market requirements. In addition, thanks to the experience and expertise which have made Petrol Raccord internationally acclaimed in its field, an increasing part of production is dedicated to special/customized fittings such as flow or barred tees, Y shaped pieces, laterals, manifolds and headers. The integration of Petrol Raccord within Allied Group will enable it to expand further its manufacturing range. With focus on stainless steel and special materials such as duplex, superduplex, 6-Moly and nickel alloys, Petrol Raccord will create additional value, increasing Group efficiency in the provision of complete project packages.

Mandelli
Allied International Group, as part of its growth and diversification strategy, in June 2021 acquired the Piacenzabased company Mandelli, one of the most famous brands in the Italian Machine Tools sector. Founded in 1932 by Renato Mandelli, over the years it developed the first horizontal machining centers, which distinguished themselves right from the start in terms of power, precision and reliability over time. Features to which are added today maximum rigidity, vibration damping, zero-backlash, high accuracy and repeatability. Mandelli today designs and produces high-end horizontal machining centers; the SPARK HMC line, with numerous customizations that make this model a point of reference in the HMC world. It produces horizontal and multitasking machining centers which bring together top-level performances such as accuracy, power and speed to guarantee excellent dynamic and static performances as well as reliability over time.
The HS HMC (High Speed) model, the latest from Mandelli’s designers, the small multitasking machine conceived for great performances. The RUMBLE HMC line, designed as a profiling machine for the aerospace sector, gives satisfactory results in many other sectors, for example in general mechanics.
