GK(F)SERIES Automatic Horizontal Scraper Centrifuge
GK(F)series automatic horizontal scraper centrifuge is a kind of liquid-solid separation device with continuous running and intermittent discharging.
It is controlled by PLC programme.It regulates speed by inverter,braking system adopts dynamic braking and regenerative braking.Through such procedures such as product level detection,speed detection,bearing temperature detection and vibration detection,it can realize the whole separation process of fully automatic cycle operation (including feeding,separating,washing.discharging and etc.).Manual operation mode is available.Manual and automatic operation modes can be freely switched.
It is commonly used in pharmaceutical,food,chemical and other industries.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.Fully enclosed structure design,the main shaft seal is a contact seal. which can protect the inner chamber of the centrifuge with nitrogen to meet the flammable and explosive occasions.
2.The cover locking adopts bolt locking or hydraulic hoop locking which is easy to operate.
3.The shell ls welded,integrally machined,and has a large load capacity.
4.The main shaft seal is equipped with multiple seals,lip seal and air seal, and a ceramic sheath is set on the main shaft seal.
5.Setting vibration, bearing temperature,drum detection and other detection devices,which can detect them in real-time. 
6.Adopt frequency conversion start-up.PLC program control, dynamic braking or regenerative braking.
7.Multiple safety protections ensure stable and safe operation of the centrifuge,which can be left unattended.
8.The discharging method adopts inclined hopper type or screw discharging.
9.Optional DCS communication interface can realize remote operation.
10.Optional CIP system can realize all-round cleaning in the machine to avoid cross contamination.
11.Reserve remote diagnostic instrument interface,and remote automatic fault diagnosis system Is optional.
12.Floating platform and steel plate type platform are optional.
