- Mixing System:
The first step in electrode processing is the mixing process (Mixing), the key process of making the cathode and anode is the 'electrode processing.'
For both the cathode and anode, the powder-form active materials are mixed with a binder, conductive agent, and solvent to create a slurry
- PD Mixer:
The PD Mixer is a machine designed for mixing, blending, and stirring. It combines planetary motion for kneading and stirring with high-speed mixing using two planetary blades - a Disper Blade for high-speed dispersion and a Planetary Blade for mixing and stirring.
The machine is able to handle a wide range of viscosities from low to high due to its rotation and revolution which minimizes dead space inside the vessel
- Slurry Storage Tank:
This equipment is used to store and maintain the quality of the slurry, ready for the next stage of processing
- Powder Handling System:
This system is used to transport powder using a vacuum pump, while also measuring the real-time weight of the powder to ensure accurate and quantitative performance during transportation.
