L[P]GZ series Vertical scraper bottom discharge centrifuge is a kind of centrifuge with continuous operation and intermittent discharge. It can set the program according to the requirements of application,and automatically complete the feeding.separation,washing.dehydration,discharging and other processes.It can realize remote DCS control,high degree of automation,large processing capacity,suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspension containing fine and medium particle size solid phase,and can also be used for solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.Fully sealed structure,reliable sealing,nitrogen can be fed into centrifuge chamber,bearing seat,scraper chamber,distributor chamber for protection,fully meet the sealing and explosion-proof requirement.
2.Double modified PTFE lip seal and gas seal ensure the reliability of the main shaft seal.
3.Quick-opening large clamshell structure.optional inclined hopper type product distribution device,more uniform product distribution.
4.Adopt frequency conversion start,PLC program control,energy braking or regenerative braking.
5.Multiple security protection to ensure the stable and safe operation of the centrifuge,can achieve unattended operation. 
6.Optional DCS communication interface,can achieve remote operation. 
7.The CIP system is optional,which can realize all-round cleaning in the machine and avoid cross contamination.
8.The remote diagnostic instrument interface is reserved.
