L(P)XG SERIES Vertical Top Suction Scraper Discharge Centrifuge
L[P]XG vertical top suction scraper centrifuge is a modified and improved product based on the features of L(P)GZ centrifuge.The cover is provided with a suction device and during scraping and discharging,the external pipeline through the suction pipe under the action of vacuum suction will scrape down the product and suck the product into the storage tank or vacuum dryer,or the material will be transported through the nitrogen conveying device to the storage tank or vacuum dryer.The whole system is in a nitrogen sealing state,which can not only meet the requirements of sealing and ex-proof,but also ensure that the product will not be oxidized.This centrifuge is suitable for easy to oxidize,product and hazardous,high hygiene requirements for the production of pharmaceuticals,food and special chemical products.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.The filter cake is sucked out from the upper part and transported in fully enclosed,without pollution.
2.The whole device can be made into a fully enclosed ex-proof structure (can meet specific requirements).
3.Compared with bottom discharging centrifuge,the upper discharging type has low installation height,no conveyor belt and other devices underneath,which saves space and is easy to maintain.
