Sinoform HG series machine performance has reached the international ERW welded tube standard. This tube mill series outer diameter range can be from Φ19mm to Φ 115mm(15x15-90x90) and wall thickness of 1.0～5.0mm,Max speed up to 90m/min, Our customized machines are also can be used for different processed material ie.Mild steel tube,Black steel tube,Galvanized steel tube and meet nearly all applications.

The company currently has 350 employees, including more than 30 engineering design teams and more than 30 after-sales service teams.There are 110 sets of various CNC and metal processing equipment.

The annual sales volume of welded pipe production lines is 270-300 units. At present, our company has supplied more than 2,000 ERW pipe rolling production lines to 60 countries.

After 21 years of development in the ERW welded tube mill line industry, the company has gradually developed into a large-scale intelligent manufacturing base for ERW welded tube equipment,strip coil processing line, integrating "Research And Development, Lean and Intelligent Production and Globe Sales Network".

SINOFORM currently has 2 plant section

SINOFORM Intelligent Plant II 

with a planned area of ​​38,500 square meters and a processing and production workshop of 26,000 square meters. This plant mainly engaged in the R&D, , assembly and production of ERW TUBE MILL LINE. and STRIP COIL PROCESSING LINE.

SINOFORM Plant I

PLANT I is the old ERW welded pipe manufacturer base, which was completed in 2003. PLANT I covers an area of ​​16,000 square meters, and the processing and production workshop covers an area of ​​10,000 square meters. With the completion of the latest intelligent plant II, the plant I has been replanned to become a processing and production base for roller molds and welding line auxiliary machines.
