HOT FLYING PIPE CUTTING SAW

SINOFORM HG series hot flying Cutting Saw commonly known as computer flying saw, also known as friction saw which is driven by DC or AC drive motor and cutting sawing motor. It is used to cut the formed steel pipe to a fixed length.

Hot Flying Saw use high-speed rotation of tungsten steel saw disc, which is driven by DC or AC drive motor and cutting sawing motor. It is used to cut the formed steel pipe to a fixed length.The heat of hot flying saw  generated by contact with the pipe to make the pipe cut-off.

SINOFORM currently has 2 plant section

SINOFORM Intelligent Plant II 

with a planned area of ​​38,500 square meters and a processing and production workshop of 26,000 square meters. This plant mainly engaged in the R&D, , assembly and production of ERW TUBE MILL LINE. and STRIP COIL PROCESSING LINE.

SINOFORM Plant I

PLANT I is the old ERW welded pipe manufacturer base, which was completed in 2003. PLANT I covers an area of ​​16,000 square meters, and the processing and production workshop covers an area of ​​10,000 square meters. With the completion of the latest intelligent plant II, the plant I has been replanned to become a processing and production base for roller molds and welding line auxiliary machines.
