   The garbage bin is constructed with a frame structure formed by welding reinforced beams and steel plates. Its sides and top are curved surfaces, presenting an aesthetically pleasing appearance that resists deformation due to stress.The main material of the box is 304 stainless steel or carbon steel.


   2. The electrical control adopts a CAN bus control system to ensure mutual interlocking between various operating instructions. The upper control modes include manual button operation, manual handle operation, and remote control operation.
 (1) Manual button operation system: A CAN communication control panel is installed inside the cab, and an operation panel with a manual-automatic electromagnetic reversing valve is set up at the rear of the vehicle on the right side.
 (2) Remote control: using a wireless remote controller for long-distance operation.
 (3) Manual handle operating system: A manual-automatic electromagnetic reversing valve (this system is used for emergency operation in maintenance mode) is employed to ensure safe operations and inspections. An emergency brake button is located on the right side of the vehicle's rear, ensuring that the garbage loader and pressure filling mechanism can be stopped at any state or location.


  3. The hydraulic control valve, hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pipeline, hydraulic oil tank, and connectors of the hydraulic system are sourced from reputable domestic brands known for their reliability and stability.


  4. The discharge plate is used for automatic unloading, and the discharge plate has an access hole to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of residual waste inside the box;The fulcrum of the discharge plate cylinder is located in the middle of the discharge plate, and the cylinder has a certain height from the bottom plate to extend its service life.


  The compressed rear door assembly mainly consists of the rear door body, compression push plate, sliding plate, upper cover and other components, equipped with a linkage-type sealing cover.The main material of the back door is 304 stainless steel.Through the compression of push plates and hydraulic valve groups, a bidirectional compression is formed between them and the discharge plate of the box body, providing a bidirectional compression function.


  6. The compressed rear door and the box are locked with a pin-type lock, effectively preventing sewage leakage and avoiding secondary pollution.


  7. The entire vehicle is equipped with high-sealing integrated design for the packing body, compressed rear door assembly, sewage tank and other parts to prevent the emission of odors.


  8. The bottom of the box is equipped with a large-capacity sewage tank, and there are drain outlets on both sides.


  9. The control panel on the rear side of the box is equipped with an emergency stop switch, and both sides are equipped with high-strength safety braces to ensure safety. The compressed rear door assembly hydraulic cylinder has a safety valve to prevent sudden descent of the rear door when the oil pipe breaks.


 The rear hanging bucket mechanism can turn over two 240L GB plastic trash cans, and the turning mechanism runs smoothly.Concurrently, a 660L GB-compliant trash can structure is installed.
