XJZ Top Suspended Centrifuge
The top suspended centrifuge is mainly composed of drum,drive system,bearing seat,upper casing.shell main shaft,scraper and so on.Its drive system is placed on the top,and the vertical motor drives the main shaft directly through the coupling,and the drum is fixed at the lower end of the main shaft.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.The centrifuge adopts frequency motor driving and full-automatic cyclic operation.During the automatic cyclic operations,the optimized operation is realized through frequency stepless speed control so that the requirements of low speed feeding,high speed separating and low speed discharging are met.
2. The centrifuge adopts regenerative breaking to achieve obvious efficiency effects.
3.The electric control is realized by PLC,which can set the time for each process and display the real-time working status of each process on the operation screen.
4.The structure of centrifuge adopts compact structure and stable running. 
5.Higher production capacity,automation and speed,better separation efficiency,lower noise and labor intensity. 
6.According to the needs of the process,we can adopt the closed structure type and configure the automatic control system of inerting to realize the inerting protection in the machine.

7.Remote automatic fault diagnosis system is optional.
