L(P)B SERIES Platform Hermetical Centrifuge
L(P)B series platform hermetical centrifuge is a fully enclosed vertical top discharge filtration centrifuge designed according to GNP norms and environmental protection requirements. Adopting traditional structure,shell body is separated with chassis shell cover is sealed with shell body by flange and locked firmly by a big cover that is opened with the assistance of balancing vat.The shell cover is equipped with a feeding pipe,a clearing pipe,a sight glass,and an observation light.
MAN CHARACTERISTIGS
1.This centrifuge has a simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain.
2.The Centrifuge adopts whole sealing structure to improve the working condition,and meets the requirement of GMP Norm and environmental protection The facility is filed with Nitrogen to meet the explosion proof demand.
3.Adopted with big cover construct, it is convenient to discharge the product and thoroughly wash the space between the shell and drum.
4.The lid is equipped with a mechanical balancer, so it ls less labor cost and need no energy.
5.Frequency conversion system is adopted to assure a stable start-up.Programme setting (the whole process of feeding. filtering and washing is fully automated). It adopts dynamic (feed- back) braking without friction powder pollution and friction heat,so it is much safer.
6.Since both the inner and outer surface have been polished,no dead angle exists and completely transited smoothly,an optimal washing effect can be achieved when a CIP cleaning system (material cleaning and machine clearing)is available.
7.Grains can be well preserved.
