LW SERIES Decanter Centrifuge
LW decanter centrifuge is a machine for solid-liquid separation by using the principle of centrifugal sedimentation,and completes solid-phase dewatering and liquid-phase clarification by means of double-motor frequency conversion drive.The equipment can be operated automatically and continuously for a long time,and is characterized by large production capacity of single machine,compact structure small floor space and simple operation.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.Continuous operation,screw discharge,high production capacity.
2.Controlled by two motors,drum screw speed is adjustable in two stages respectively.
3.It can be widely used in chemical,petroleum,food,pharmaceutical,environmental protection and other fields requiring solid-liquid separation.
4.The adaptability of the material is large,the solid phase particle size range is wide (0.002-2mm),and it can be separate as usual when the solid phase particle size is uneven.
Material selection
According to users' requirement,the parts in contact with product can be made of austenitic stainless steel (304,321, 316L,904L,02205).Haynes alloy titanic alloy or other anti-erosion materials.
Structural selection
1.Lubrication:A.Grease self-lubrication
B.Circulating forced lubrication.
2.According to user's requirements,the quantity of heads of the screw blade can be selected,single-head screw, double-head screw,multi-head screw.
3.The screw surface is coated with high hardness alloy.
Special configuration
The following configurations are available upon request:
● Frequency conversion+PLC control.
● Protection system for vibration and main bearing temperature rising
● Feeding speed control.
● Gas-liquid separation device on liquid outlet
● Three kinds of structure selection of cycloid gear,planetary gear and hydraulic differential.They are used to be transferred the different solid phase by pushing the torque.Wide range of differential speed adjustments,they can be used for pushing torque transfer of different solid phases.
