Multi-functional filtration,washing and drying equipment [3-in-1]is to complete the mixing,reaction,filtration,washing, de-liquorization,drying [and secondary pulping]and other processes successively in a closed container.It is characterized by simple structure,simplified process,high production efficiency,no cross-contamination,convenient material replacement and high degree of automation.At the same time,it can greatly reduce the volume of the required clean plant,and the basic investment cost is low.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.Closed system:This equipment is a fully closed operation system,which can completely avoid the pollution of the air by solvents in the production process,and at the same time can reduce the occurrence of poisoning accidents of the operators due to the contact with toxic substances.
2.Complete recovery:Almost complete recovery of materials and solvents avoids wastage due to missed materials and solvent recovery,which is of great economic benefit,especially when the value of materials handled and solvents used is high.
3.Simultaneous drying:Filtering and washing can be done in the same machine as drying.The vessel wall can be equipped with a heating jacket to enable drying operations.
4.Continuous operation:Filtration and drying can be carried out in a continuous system without the need to handle wet filter cake,A dryer can be connected under the filter,so that the wet cake can be discharged directly into the dryer,and the dried product can be mechanically transferred to the weighing and packaging sections.
5. Labor saving:A simple trained general worker can fully operate it.
6.Thorough cleaning:The equipment has the function of automatic spraying and rebeating, the filter cake can be thoroughly cleaned.
7. Clean production:Equipped with a dust catcher it can completely collect the dust generated after drying,meeting the production operation requirements of high crystallinlty.
