MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
1.Washing cycle:Slightly squeezed cakes of specific structure and density can be washed in one or more stages.This design of the rotary pressure filter ensures the use of a minimum amount of washing media for displacement washing.The washing liquid is discharged through the drain pipe,the filter cake is separated through the control head [depending on the washing stage chosen],and if necessary,recycled back to the filter.Remove water from the cake to dry and evaporate.
2.Filter cake discharging:Considering the operation of the automatic filter or the service life of the filter structure,simple and complete filter cake discharging is necessary.In a rotary pressure filter,the cake is generally dropped due to its own pressure,and if the adhesion prevents the cake from falling off, the discharging process is assisted by air or gas back blowing or mechanical discharging by a scraper.The filter media is cleaned through the flush chamber.The cleaning structure can use a pressure of up to 25bar,which makes it possible to wash the filter clean from the reserved direction.
3.Continuous operation:The previous pressure filter is almost all interstitial operation,this machine is continuous,in line with the requirements of modern continuous production,for harmful and toxic solids and solvents filtration,showing its unique advantages.
4.Perfect sealing:Even when dealing with filter pulp containing methanol and toluene,or must use volatile solvents as washing liquid,or odor materials,do not have to worry about leakage.
5.High efficiency: In the process of rotating,a series of processes such as filtration, cake washing,dehydrate drying and discharging are completed at the same time.
6.Low moisture content of filter cake:Because in addition to pressurizing drum,it also uses compressed air,superheated steam or high temperature gas to dry,so the filter cake moisture content is low.
7.Safety: The speed of the machine is low,so there is no potential danger of high-speed rotating machinery.
