SSOC33 switchgear intelligent testing unit
SSOC33 not only has dynamic analog diagram, digital display and programmable control of temperature and humidity in the cabinet, live display and lock, intelligent voice anti-error prompt function, control switch (including energy storage switch, remote/local switch, on-off switch), RS485 digital communication and other functions; When used with the external WX-100 series wireless temperature sensor, it can measure the real-time temperature of the bus bar, circuit breaker hand contacts, cable lap joints and other places online, and has 640 event recording functions. It can integrate all the functions of the multi-functional watt-hour meter, and can simultaneously measure and display a variety of power parameters: three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, and measure active and reactive power; Optionally configure high-voltage on-line self-test function, nuclear phase/electrical inspection port and other function modules.

According to the user's primary system diagram, voltage level (35KV is yellow, 10KV is purple, 6KV is blue) make a mask, the breakpoint part (such as circuit breaker, car position, grounding switch, energy storage, etc.) is represented by a dynamic indicator module, forming a real-time dynamic indicator, so as to bring the operator more intuitive, richer and more accurate status information. Anti-error voice prompt:
■ When the circuit breaker is not in the working position and test position, the working and test position indicator flashes at the same time, so that when the circuit breaker is in the closing state (red vertical analog bar light), there is a voice prompt of "Please break the circuit breaker", until the operator opens the operation. In order to prevent the operator in the circuit breaker closing state, mistakenly forced to push the hand car to the working position
■ When the circuit breaker is not in the working position and test position (working and test position indicator flashing at the same time) or in the working position (working position indicator light), if the grounding switch is forced to close by mistake, resulting in the grounding closing indicator light, there is a voice prompt of "Please switch the grounding switch".
■ When the above two misoperations occur at the same time, there is a voice prompt "Please split the circuit breaker, please split the ground switch"
Live display and blocking:
■ Live display LED lighting voltage (KV) : rated phase voltage ×(0.15 ~ 0.65)
■ Forced lock control voltage (KV) : rated phase voltage x 0.65 below
■ When any of the three phases is charged, the relay of the lock control part is disconnected, and the electromagnetic lock action is prohibited; When the three phases are not charged at the same time, the lock release light is on, the relay is closed, and the electromagnetic lock is allowed to operate
