The electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve adopts a PTF-lined butterfly plate with a spherical sealing surface. The valve is easy to operate, has tight sealing performance, and has a long service life; it can be used to quickly cut off or adjust flow. Suitable for applications requiring reliable sealing and good adjustment characteristics. The valve body adopts a split type, and the sealing at both ends of the valve shaft is controlled by the rotating base surface between the butterfly plate and the valve seat and fluorine rubber to ensure that the valve shaft does not come into contact with the fluid medium in the cavity. D971F46 electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve is a polymer material with thick lining technology on the flow parts, valve bodies, butterfly plates, and valve stems. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in any concentration of acids, bases, salts, oxidants, reductants, organic solvents and other media. It is an ideal product for use as interception and regulation equipment on gas, liquid, semi-fluid pipelines and containers in chemical, petroleum, medicine, food, steel smelting, papermaking, hydropower and other systems. It can replace gate valves, Globe valves and other types of shut-off and regulating valves.

6. D941F46 electric fluorine-lined butterfly valve adjusting actuator:
The adjustable electric actuator not only has the function of a switch-type integrated structure, but also can accurately control the valve to accurately adjust the medium flow. Due to limited space, its working principle will not be explained in detail here. The following is a brief explanation of the parameters that need to be noted when selecting adjustable electric actuators.
1. Control signal type (current, voltage)
The control signals of adjustable electric actuators generally include current signals (4~20mA, 0~10mA) or voltage signals (0~5V, 1~10V). The type and parameters of the control signal must be clarified when selecting the type.
2. Working form (electric-open type, electric-close type)
The working mode of the adjustable electric actuator is generally electrically open (taking 4 - 20mA control as an example, the electrically open type means that the 4mA signal corresponds to the valve closing, and the 20mA corresponds to the valve opening), and the other is electrically closed (taking 4-20mA control as an example, the electrically open type means that the 4mA signal corresponds to the valve opening, and the 20mA corresponds to the valve closing). Under normal circumstances, the type of work needs to be clear, and many products cannot be modified after leaving the factory.
3. Loss of signal protection
Loss of signal protection means that when the control signal is lost due to line and other faults, the electric actuator opens and closes the control valve to the set protection value. The common protection values are fully open, fully closed, and kept in place, and it is not easy to modify after delivery.
