Model CD1(MD1) wirerope electric hoist is a small-sized lifting equipment.which can be mounted on single beam、bridge、gantry and jib cranes. with slight modification.it can also be used as a winch.It is widely used in facories、mines、harbours、warehouses、cargo storage areas.essential in raising working efficiency and improving working conditions.
Model CD1 wirerope electric hoist has only one normal speed.which can satify normal application. Model MD1 wirerope electric hoist provides two speeds.normal speed and low speed.At a low speed.it can do precise loading and unloading.mounding of sand box.maintenance of machine tools.ect.Thus model MD1 wirerope electric hoist is more widely used than model CD1 .
In gas explosion enviroment , our company produce anti-explosion electric hoist.
Hoist weight is 0.25～32t, anti-explosion level is dIIBT4、dIICT4.
Other series products extended from CD1 (MD1) type are: low headroom electric hoist, double-brake electric hoist, slope gear-driven electric hoist, dual-rail electric hoist,  insulation electric hoist, grab bucket electric hoist; among those hook height of low headroom hoist can be improved 200～800mm higher than common hoist.

二、36/10t,跨度35米，总长55米的大跨度C型龙门吊
根据露天仓库、铁路沿线、港口码头等装卸、搬运超长物体的使用情况，我公司为济南山水物流 港有限公司设计制造了该设备。它是融合了西方设计理念，对龙门吊支腿采用了柔性设计方案，增加 了吊钩至支腿之间的有效空间，整机具有良好的过腿系统，特别适合超长物体的吊运及横向转移。该 设备顺利通过山东省质量技术监督局的验收测试，经投入使用，反映良好。
三、MU型300t-112m-63m船坞龙门起重机
我公司承接了江苏新世纪造船股份有限公司300tMU型船坞龙门起重机的上、下小车及全套附件 工程。该项目投资大、技术难度高，全省尚无300t起重机制造经验。由此，本公司成立了项目组，由 总工率队进行技术攻关及安全论证。在得到省质检局的审核认可后，严格执行制造工艺及质量控制程 序，经过数月的精工制造和多层质量把关，该设备成功完成了设计、制造、安装工作，各项性能指标 均符合安监验收标准，并且具备结构更加合理、运转平稳灵活、制动安全可靠等特点。因此，受到了 用户及监理单位的一致赞同，目前该设备已全面启用。
四、75/20t-700t电站专用轻型大范围调速及工矿专用无线调速起重机等高科技产品
由本公司自主设计制造变频调速和无级调速电站专用起重机，是本单位研发工作的又一次突破， 其主梁采用了优化设计，降低了小车高度，比同类普通双梁起重机可降低1.5米左右的高度，从而减少 了业主的厂房投资成本，并且该设备从结构形式上减轻了小车自重及整车自重，最大限度地减少了大 车轮压，所以可以进一步降低厂房造价。此外，整机采用变频调速系统，能够实现点动一次升降零点 几毫米，可使工件平稳、准确就位，特别适用于汽机低压缸和发电机转子的精密安装和检修要求，我 公司已承接了出口南非刚果共和国250t电站吊、云南德宏州600t电站吊、内蒙古正蓝电厂80/30t-
25.5m、内蒙古岱海电厂80/20t-29.4m、75/20t-31.5m,内蒙古包头第一热电厂75/20t-25.5m等 工程项目。
