XY-4-3A drilling rig

Main features: The XY-4-3A drilling rig has made the following improvements in structure, in addition to maintaining the characteristics of the original XY-4 drilling rig.
1. Increase the diameter of the through hole of the rotator to 96mm and match it with a 89mm hexagonal drilling rod.
2. Add a tower with a herringbone structure (can be customized according to user needs).
3. Add a self towing device.

Adding a deceleration device can not only maintain the high-speed rotation of the drilling rig to meet the needs of core drilling, but also obtain the low-speed rotation of the drilling rig to meet the needs of engineering drilling rigs. If equipped with a six pole electric motor, the vertical shaft speed of the drilling rig can be reduced to 24 revolutions per minute. An anchor head device has been added to the winch, and a water pump cooling device can be added according to user needs to meet the needs of the winch during deep hole drilling.
5. XY-4-3 and XY-4 drilling rigs have strong universality and interchangeability, and can be replaced with XY-4-3 type when replacing components such as the rotator. Scope of application: In order to expand the scope of use of the drilling rig, adapt to the requirements of various uses such as core drilling, hydrology, water wells, engineering geology, and engineering construction, and meet the needs of multiple processes such as rope core drilling and reverse circulation drilling, we have redesigned the XY-4 drilling rig into the XY-4-3 drilling rig. The machine has increased the diameter of the rotary drilling hole and added towers, self towing devices, etc., which can be used for rock core drilling, as well as engineering geology, hydrological wells, engineering construction and other engineering drilling.
