GXY-1C exploration drilling rig
Scope of application: GXY-1C exploration drilling rig is a variant product of GXY-1 drilling rig, suitable for engineering geological exploration, general survey and exploration of solid mineral deposits, inspection holes of various concrete structures for blasting holes, etc. Depending on the formation, diamond, hard alloy, spiral and other drill heads can be selected for drilling.

2. The output speed range of the drilling rig is wide, which is suitable for both engineering geological exploration and diamond core drilling.
3. The drilling rig is equipped with an unboxing rotary device, which facilitates impact drilling and rope core retrieval work.  
4. Equipped with an oil pressure feeding mechanism and a hydraulic chuck clamping mechanism at the upper end of the vertical shaft, it improves drilling efficiency and reduces labor intensity for workers.  
5. The hydraulic control of the power head is used to move the rear to make the frame open the hole, in order to extend the life of the power head.
6. The drilling rig is equipped with an active drill rod, which can achieve non-stop rod tilting, high efficiency, safety and reliability.
7. The drilling rig adopts a dual disc normally closed friction clutch, which is flexible in opening and closing and easy to operate and adjust.
8. The gearbox of the drilling rig adopts a car gearbox structure, with a single handed transmission and an interlocking mechanism for easy operation.
9. The drilling rig is separated from the water pump, and the water pump and drilling rig are separately equipped with power, which can increase the output torque of the drilling rig. Especially when entering deep hole drilling, the power will not decrease, causing conflicts with the water pump and avoiding accidents inside the hole.
10. The drilling rig has a compact structure, small volume, and light weight, with the largest component weighing less than 100kg, making it easy to disassemble and transport, and suitable for work in hilly or mountainous areas.
11. Large hole vibrators and control systems can be installed as needed to improve the ability to handle accidents.
12. The drilling rig is equipped with a 7.0-meter lightweight pipe drilling tower, which has a simple structure and is easy to install and relocate.
