Mainly used for leak detection of power high-voltage switchgear, it can be configured with a material transportation system to achieve automatic entry and exit of boxes and reduce manual labor intensity. This equipment is suitable for dry leak detection of SF6 switchgear/gas filling cabinet/ring main unit. It mainly has the following functions:

1. Apply equal pressure (pressure difference ≤ 0.05MPa) to the inspected workpiece and vacuum box, and maintain pressure to detect any major leaks;

2. Fill the inspected workpiece with helium gas;

3. Vacuum box helium mass spectrometry detects micro leaks, medium leaks, and large leaks, automatically determining whether the workpiece leakage rate is qualified or unqualified;

4. Recycling and reusing helium gas;

5. Fill SF6 gas;

6. Micro water treatment for workpiece drying

7. The system is controlled by PLC, operated by touch screen, and the detection process is fully automated.
