Product information

The PRO series is SATEC's latest generation of multi-functional power parameter measuring instruments. It has powerful power quality analysis and event and waveform recording functions. With 16GB of storage space, it can perform long-term recording of data and waveforms. The easy-to-navigate operation interface greatly improves the user's operating experience and meets modern digital requirements. The PRO series supports a wide range of communication protocols, including IEC61850, and can provide a more powerful solution for power quality management in substations, industrial automation, and commercial energy management.

Function summary.

AC/DC multi-functional electricity: 

■ Voltage, current (including neutral current), power, forward/reverse electrical energy, power factor, unbalanced voltage/current, demand/maximum demand. 

■ Sampling rate up to 256 sampling points per cycle. 

■ Supports frequencies of 50, 60, and 400Hz. 

■ For AC, it supports direct connection of 1000V L-L. It can continuously withstand 15A (3 times rated current), tolerate 100A (20 times rated current) for 1 second, and tolerate 200A (40 times rated current) for 1/2 second. 

■ For DC, it supports direct connection of 820V DC. Through special options, it can reach up to 2500VDC access. It has standard isolated DC current input. Through DC Hall effect sensors, it can be connected to up to 2500A. 

■ Supports 10ms (1/2 cycle) data refresh. 

■ Automatic recording of load curves. 

■ 1A/5A/40mA HACS current input. Optional fourth current input for neutral line and leakage current measurement.

Power quality analysis: 

■ Voltage and current total harmonic distortion (THD), customized alarms, total demand distortion (TDD), K-factor, crest factor, 63rd subharmonic analysis. 

■ 1/2 half-cycle RMS calculation, asymmetric components, voltage swells and sags, interruptions, unbalance/maximum and minimum values with timestamps. 

■ Power quality event recording and fault recording.

High-precision billing meter at gateway meter level: 

■ Both active and reactive powers meet the high precision of Class 0.2S at gateway meter level (IEC 62053-22). 

■ 16-rate time-of-use tariff, internal or external rate control. 

■ Tamper-proof protection seal. 

■ Calibration certificates with ISO17025 and ILAC accreditation can be provided. 

■ Demand meter: current, voltage, power, harmonic demand, maximum demand. 

■ Built-in real-time clock and calendar.

■ Built-in real-time clock battery. 

■ Satellite synchronous clock with 1ms accuracy (IRIG-B).

Display: 

■ 1.77-inch (120*160 resolution) color graphical liquid crystal display. 

■ Chinese menu. 

■ Can display waveform diagrams, vector diagrams, harmonic spectrum diagrams, etc. 

■ Can customize the favorites interface.

Alarm and control functions: 

■ 64 programmable set points with AND/OR logic that can trigger alarms, controls, counting, data recording, event recording, and waveform recording. 

■ Multi-device cross-triggering. 

■ 32 counters (internal event triggering or external source pulse counting). 

■ 16 programmable timers (from 1/2 half-cycle to 24 hours) for periodic recording or operation triggering.

Waveform/event/power quality/data recording: 

■ 16GB memory for billing data recording, power quality recording, data recording, event recording, and waveform recording. 

■ 16 customizable data recording channels. 

■ Event recording is used to record internal diagnostic events, control events, and I/O operations. 

■ 8 fast waveform recording channels with up to 256 sampling rates, and fault recording for 20 cycles before a fault. 

■ Waveforms of multiple devices can be synchronously displayed in one waveform diagram. 

■ Waveform diagrams can be exported in COMTRADE and PQDIF formats.

Power supply: 

■ 90 - 332VAC / 40 - 290VDC. 

■ 5W AC/DC standby auxiliary power module for module expansion.

■ Standard RS485, up to 115.2kbps, supports MODBUS RTU/ASCII, DNP3.0, IEC60870-5-101 protocols.
