Multi-circuit monitoring device and multi-user/multi-tenant sub-metering.
The BFM112/BFM212 series multi-circuit monitoring devices are mainly applied in power energy centralized meter reading systems/power monitoring systems/energy efficiency management systems for multiple feeder circuits. It centrally measures and displays the bus voltage in the circuit, the current, power, and electrical energy of multiple outgoing circuits, and exchanges data with the monitoring system or upper computer through the RS485 communication port. It can also centrally monitor the switch status of each circuit (BFM212), greatly facilitating power consumption automation and power energy management. A multi-circuit monitoring device can monitor 4 three-phase circuits or 12 single-phase circuits, greatly facilitating the wiring, installation, and debugging of the system, saving users' investment and reducing system costs. The BFM112/BFM212 series multi-circuit monitoring devices have the advantages of high precision, good stability, strong practicability, powerful functions, small size, and convenient installation (using DIN35mm rail installation), and have good EMC characteristics.
The BFM112/BFM212 series multi-circuit monitoring devices have a large-screen LCD display, which is clear and beautiful.
Function features of BFM112:
■ Measure and display electrical parameters such as bus voltage, multi-circuit current, and power in single-phase or three-phase networks.
■ Multi-circuit metering of positive, negative active and reactive electrical energy.
■ For currents below 300A, each phase passes directly through the supporting transformer at one time without the need for an additional current transformer (saving space and cost). The supporting transformer is of an integrated design, and the secondary side is connected and transmitted through a standard 6-core network cable port, which can save construction time.
■ For current circuits above 300A, an external measuring CT with a secondary current of 5A or 1A can be used. The secondary wire of the external CT needs to pass through the supporting transformer again.
■ For circuits above 300A, it is recommended to choose the BFM212 series. The BFM212 is built with a 5A miniature secondary current transformer.
■ Optional split-core transformers are available for convenient renovation.
■ Standard one RS-485 communication interface and MODBUS-RTU protocol.
■ Chinese LCD display can be used for parameter viewing and setting.
■ Compact in size and installed on 35mm standard rails.
Function features of BFM212:
■ Measure and display electrical parameters such as bus voltage, multi-circuit current, and power in single-phase or three-phase networks.
■ Independently meter positive, negative active and reactive electrical energy for multiple circuits.
■ Can use ordinary split-core/closed-loop 5A/1A measuring CTs. The BFM212 is built with a small secondary CT with a rated current of 5A.
■ Optionally equipped with 4 channels of digital input for monitoring and 1 channel of relay output function.
■ Standard two RS485 communication interfaces and MODBUS-RTU protocol.
■ Chinese LCD display can be used for parameter viewing and setting.
■ Compact in size and installed on 35mm standard rails.
