Shadowless lamp monitoring.

The AM204-MDCS is an insulation monitoring device for shadowless lamps in IT grounding systems. 

The purpose of this device is to monitor DC isolated systems (IT). For example, independent insulation monitoring protection is required when using switching power supplies. When the insulation resistance value reaches the set value, the alarm relay will actuate and the LED indicator light will turn on. This device can be tested by the test button "Test", and the display panel will show the test value. 

This device can play a very good alarm role in the shadowless lamp system in the operating room.

Basic information: 

Voltage faults and alarm types. 

When an insulation monitoring fault occurs, the alarm will be activated and the fault LED light will turn on. 

The digital display shows the following fault types: 

■ U-0: No voltage in the measurement circuit. 

■ U-1: DC voltage less than 10VDC. 

■ U-2: DC voltage higher than 100VDC. 

■ U-3: Reverse polarity of the measurement circuit. 

■ -||-: Ground disconnection. 

■ CAP: Excessive capacitance value.

Characteristics: 

■ DC insulation monitoring (IT) range: 12÷100 [VDC]. 

■ Self-monitoring of ground wire disconnection. 

■ Self-integrity detection every 24 hours. 

■ Response range: 60 [kΩ]. 

■ Digital display of insulation value. 

■ The panel has "ON" and "Alarm" LED indicators. 

■ The panel has a "Test" test button. 

■ There is an external test "Test" connection interface. 

■ The alarm relay can be selected in normally open "NO" or normally closed "NC" mode: corresponding to alarm activation or alarm release. 

■ Standard DIN rail installation method. 

■ Economy mode: displays a network point and is idle after 4 minutes.
