Low Voltage Motor Protector
The SMP20 series intelligent motor protector adopts the latest single-chip microcomputer technology and has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, stable and reliable operation, digitization, intelligence, and networking. The protector can protect the motor in various situations such as start-up timeout, overload, locked rotor/blockage, phase loss, unbalance, underload, ground fault/leakage, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase sequence, over power, under power, temperature, and external faults. It is equipped with SOE fault event recording function, which is convenient for on-site maintenance personnel to find the cause of the fault. Through various methods such as Chinese liquid crystal display screen and status indicator light, the running status of the motor is clearly and intuitively displayed. It is suitable for fields such as coal mines, petrochemicals, smelting, electricity, ships, and civil buildings. The protector has an RS485 remote communication interface and DC4~20mA analog output, which is convenient for forming a network system with control machines such as PLC and PC to realize remote monitoring of motor operation.
