The building intelligent monitoring system takes energy conservation and emission reduction as the starting point and is positioned as intelligent, technological, and humanized. It mainly consists of four subsystems: the energy consumption data acquisition and analysis system (including electricity, water, heating, etc.), the elevator monitoring system, the intelligent lighting control system, and the central air conditioning monitoring system.

Energy consumption data acquisition and analysis system:
■  Data acquisition: Real-time data, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data acquisition and statistics of water, electricity, and heat.
■  Abnormal warning: Alarm for abnormal equipment operation and abnormal energy consumption of the system.
■  Efficiency analysis: Energy consumption curve analysis.

■  Floor or area comparison: Can intuitively reflect various energy consumption data of floors or set areas.
■  Energy classification analysis: Proportion of energy consumption data classified as lighting, air conditioning, elevators, and others.
■  Automatic report: Automatically generate various energy consumption automatic reports monthly.

Intelligent lighting control system:

■  Centralized control: Centralized switching and scene control can be achieved through the back-end management system or zonal control switches.
■  Scene control: Such as setting up scenes for work, off-duty, lunch break, welcoming guests, receiving visitors, and maintenance.
■  Status monitoring: Real-time monitoring and feedback of system operation status such as switching and faults.
■  Area control: Separate management and control of set areas.

■  Timing control: Timed on/off (turn on during working hours and off at other times) of room lamps, motion sensor equipment, and illuminance sensor equipment.
■  Motion/illuminance control: Through human infrared sensors and delay control, achieve the effect of lights on when people are present and lights off after people leave for 30 minutes (time can be set). Turn on the illuminance sensing function during working hours. According to the illuminance changes in the office environment, turn on or off the circuit.

Central air conditioning monitoring system: 

■  Centralized control: Functions such as on/off, temperature, operation mode, and operation authority of the remote control of air conditioners in different areas can be uniformly or separately set. 

■  Status monitoring: Display the operation status such as on/off, set temperature, and operation mode of the air conditioner. 

■  Temperature setting: The on/off, temperature setting, operation mode, and remote control authority of each indoor unit can be scheduled for one year according to different buildings, floors, and areas to improve management efficiency. 

■  Fault detection: Automatically detect the operation status of the air conditioning system. When a fault occurs, the background automatically alarms for convenient and timely maintenance. 

■  Energy consumption statistics: You can view energy consumption and formulate operation plans and energy consumption plans for air conditioners. 

■  Power division: power can be divided automatically according to the air conditioner running time, realizing the electricity bill sub-metering.

Elevator monitoring system: 

■  Video surveillance: The back-end management system can display the video content inside the elevator in real time. 

■  Audio surveillance: Back-end management personnel can maintain audio communication with people in the elevator through the telephone when the elevator is running or in case of a fault. 

■  Status monitoring: The operation status of the elevator, including running, stopped, locked, under maintenance, passenger alarm, and fault. 

■  Fault recording: Statistics on elevator fault types, fault times, and fault frequencies. 

■  Energy consumption statistics: You can view energy consumption and formulate operation plans and energy consumption plans for elevators. 

■  Operation times: The total number of upward and downward runs of the elevator is accumulated.
