Low-voltage filter capacitors: With the widespread application of nonlinear loads such as frequency converters and rectification equipment, a large amount of harmonic current is generated in the power grid, posing new challenges to the safe and reliable use of reactive power compensation equipment - capacitors. Israel's Stek SATEC's SPF series filter capacitors, SDR series reactors, and C192 series power factor controllers are imported in original packaging. The SCS series intelligent thyristor power module has a fast following speed, effectively compensates for impact loads, and has a response time of 5 to 15 milliseconds. It provides a reactive power compensation and filtering system solution with high reliability, long service life, and fast response speed.

Basic Information: 

SPF Filter Capacitor: 

■  Imported in original packaging. The self-healing advanced metallized polypropylene film is wound on the same concentric insulating tube to ensure excellent precision of the winding. Long-term vacuum drying is carried out to ensure the stability of the capacitor. 

■  Provide three-phase and single-phase split-phase compensation schemes. 

■  Equipped with a discharge resistor to ensure that the terminal voltage quickly drops below 50V after the capacitor is powered off. 

■  The overvoltage cut-off device ensures that when a fault occurs, the connection with the power grid is cut off for explosion-proof. 

■  One-time formed cylindrical aluminum alloy shell with good heat dissipation, light weight, and small size. 

■  The dielectric has self-healing ability: Once a voltage breakdown occurs, the metal monolayer generates high heat, causing the metal conductor around the breakdown point to rapidly evaporate and dissipate. The dissipated metal conductor is moved within a few milliseconds and is pushed aside under the action of the pressure at the center of the breakdown point to form an insulating area, so that the capacitor remains intact during and after the breakdown process.


 

SDR Reactor: 

■  Imported in original packaging. Specially designed for occasions with serious harmonic pollution. 

■  Provide a tuning frequency of 189Hz (7% reactance rate) to effectively suppress harmonics of order 5 and above; provide a tuning frequency of 136Hz (13.6% reactance rate) to effectively suppress harmonics of order 3 and above. 

■  Strong overload capacity, low power consumption, low temperature rise, and low noise. 

■  The insulating material used in the reactor is above H-class (with a temperature resistance of 180 degrees). 

■  Has over-temperature protection function. 

■  Adopt an advanced structure of directly winding coils on the iron core.


 

C192PF-NT Power Factor Controller: 

■  12 channels of reactive power compensation, without switching oscillations at low loads. 

■  Automatic phase sequence recognition function, supporting three-phase compensation, split-phase compensation, and comprehensive compensation schemes. 

■  Coding switching function, which can realize cyclic switching and multiple coding methods. 

■  Support Chinese display, color touch screen, and can display real-time power factor, voltage, current, active power, reactive power, THDU, THDI, frequency, capacitor output display and switching status, alarm information, etc. 

■  Support waveform diagram, harmonic spectrum and harmonic analysis functions, support event recording function, and provide setting wizard for convenient operation. 

■  Support RS485/MODBUS communication.

 

SCS Thyristor Control Switch: 

■  Adopt high-quality thyristor modules with high reliability and stability. 

■  Response speed is 5~15ms, and the switching speed is fast. 

■  The trigger is stable and reliable. Pulse transformer triggering is used, and it can be reliably triggered when the harmonic voltage is 12%. 

■  Fully functional, integrating current display, temperature display, overcurrent protection, phase loss protection, thyristor breakdown alarm, over-temperature protection, and trigger function. 

■  There are many switching methods, including single-phase split compensation, interphase split compensation, and three-phase common compensation. 

■  True zero-crossing switching, accurate triggering, without generating closing inrush current. Adopt photoelectric isolation with strong anti-interference ability.
