Comprehensive power quality management solution: 

The product provides a complete solution for power quality management. It can effectively improve the reliability of the power distribution system, improve the power quality indicators of the system, and provide a comprehensive power quality management solution including voltage sag and swell treatment, reactive power compensation, harmonic elimination, resonance suppression, and three-phase unbalance improvement. This ensures that the power consumption system can operate stably and efficiently in the long term.

Technical parameters of UPQC: 

■  The treatment time is required to be no less than 3 seconds. The minimum protected residual voltage is 0V (0% Un). The response time from voltage fluctuation occurrence to protection activation is ≤1ms. When in inverter protection, the output voltage is rated voltage 0.4KV (100% Un). 

■  Voltage swell treatment parameters: Under rated power, when the grid voltage is at 130% remaining and is reduced to 100% of the grid voltage, it can work continuously for a long time. 

■  It has harmonic filtering and automatic power factor compensation functions. When the mains power supply voltage is normal, the mains power supply supplies power to the load through the thyristor. When the mains power supply voltage exceeds the set value, the thyristor is disconnected, and the inverter takes energy from the super capacitor to supply standard sinusoidal AC voltage to the load. The entire process takes no more than 1ms. 

■  The comprehensive power quality management device is mainly composed of power electronic devices to realize the switching between the super capacitor energy storage power supply and the mains power supply. It can quickly compensate for problems such as voltage sags, swells, and fluctuations in the supply voltage and has an automatic voltage stabilization function. 

■  Input voltage range: -20% to +20%. 

■  Overall response time (from power fluctuation occurrence to recovery to rated voltage): ≤2ms. 

■  Voltage unbalance degree: Under compensation state, the voltage unbalance degree on the load side is less than 4%. 

■  Output current distortion rate: ≤3% (under linear load conditions). 

■  Output current accuracy ≤ ±1%. 

■  Voltage distortion rate (THDu): <2.5% (under linear conditions). 

■  Frequency tracking error: The frequency tracking error is less than ±0.2HZ. 

■  Loss: The loss of the device in the electronic bypass state is not greater than 2% of the rated compensation capacity. 

■  Maximum operating efficiency of the whole machine: ≥99%. 

■  Voltage compensation accuracy: The voltage compensation error is less than 1% of the set value. 

■  Minimum compensation interval time: The minimum compensation interval time is less than 5s. 

■  Short-circuit current withstand capacity: 125% can be endured for 10 minutes; 150% can be endured for 1 minute; 500% can be endured for 1 second; 2000% can be endured for 200ms. 

■  The control system adopts a multi-core processor architecture of FPGA, fully utilizing the hardware parallelism advantage of FPGA, which can improve data acquisition and operation speed and solve problems such as poor electromagnetic compatibility and easy crashing of serial software DSP processing technology. 

■  It has overload and short-circuit protection functions. After the fault states such as overload or short circuit of the power supply system disappear, the device can be automatically put into operation. 

■  The device uses the Modbus protocol and has a 485 communication interface, which can be integrated into the monitoring system to view alarm information and equipment status. Users can directly access the device and download relevant event records.
