PM160 modular intelligent power distribution diagnosis device.

Highly integrated functions, small size but great wisdom.

■  The PM160 (modular intelligent power distribution diagnosis device) is developed based on the electrical quantity high-frequency sampling and time sequence feature identification technology in the field of power distribution and consumption. This product can be widely used in 0.4/0.69kV low-voltage power consumption systems and 6kV and above medium and high voltage power transformation and distribution systems.

■  The PM160 realizes highly integrated functions. In addition to the functions of a conventional multifunctional power meter, it can also realize functions such as voltage sag/swell monitoring, power outage fault cause discrimination (short circuit/overcurrent/overstepping/power outage/overtemperature/leakage current/arc), three-phase fault arc detection, residual current and temperature monitoring and early warning, and fault recording.

■  The PM160 has excellent product characteristics, is easy to deploy and convenient to use. Its powerful sensing and information output capabilities help build an energy Internet of Things and realize high-dimensional applications of energy digitization.

■  Easily connected to the expertpower cloud platform, third-party cloud platforms, and local monitoring systems, it can realize short circuit fault identification, power outage cause diagnosis, voltage sag/swell identification and disturbance direction judgment, three-phase fault arc detection, etc.

Powerful functions, from "sensing" to "knowing": 

■  Intelligent identification of switch status, intelligently judging switch status without auxiliary contacts. 

■  Short circuit fault identification. 

■  Power outage cause diagnosis (short circuit/overcurrent/overstepping/power outage/overtemperature/leakage current/arc). 

■  Voltage sag/swell identification and disturbance direction judgment. 

■  Three-phase fault arc detection.

Microsecond-level waveform recording, revealing abnormal characteristics in detail: 

■  1024-point sampling per cycle. 

■  Feature event waveform recording, supporting transient effective value waveforms. 

■  Providing 128-point instantaneous value waveform recording per cycle. 

■  Manually triggered high-frequency waveform recording. 

Multiple loops sharing a common bus, greatly reducing construction workload: 

■  Combined structure, plug-in bus connection for multiple loops of equipment in the same cabinet. 

■  Multiple loops share voltage, power supply, and communication buses, reducing wiring by 50%. 

Industrialized design, adapting to harsh operating conditions: 

■  Wide temperature design, operating temperature -25~60 °C. 

■  Excellent electromagnetic compatibility.
