Product information

SSOC10 intelligent measurement and display unit for switchgear. 

The SSOC10 has a dynamic simulation diagram, live display and locking, and temperature and humidity analog control. It can also be optionally equipped with functions such as high-voltage live self-inspection and nuclear phase/electrical inspection ports. It is applied to 0.1-35KV indoor switchgear, such as medium-voltage switchgear, handcart switchgear, fixed switchgear, ring main unit cabinets and other types of switchgear. It is suitable for various main circuit control cabinets in forms such as incoming line cabinets, outgoing line cabinets, capacitor cabinets, bus coupler cabinets, transformer cabinets, instrument transformer cabinets, metering cabinets, and motor control cabinets.

Function annotation

Dynamic simulation diagram:

According to the user's primary system diagram and voltage level (35KV is yellow, 10KV is maroon, and 6KV is blue), a mask is made. The break points (such as circuit breakers, handcart positions, grounding switches, energy storage, etc.) are represented by dynamic indication modules to form real-time dynamic indications, thus bringing operators more intuitive, richer and more accurate status information. The indication contents are as follows:

■ Circuit breaker opening indication.                 ■ Circuit breaker closing indication.        ■ Indication of handcart working position.

■ Indication of handcart test position.              ■ Energy storage indication.                   ■ Grounding indication.

Live display and locking:

■ Live display LED excitation voltage (KV): Rated phase voltage × (0.15 to 0.65).

■ Forced locking activation voltage (KV): Below rated phase voltage × 0.65.

■ When any one phase of the three phases is live, the relay of the locking control part is disconnected, and the electromagnetic lock is prohibited from operating. When all three phases are not live at the same time, the locking release light is on, the relay is closed, and the electromagnetic lock is allowed to operate.
Note: Forced locking control power supply: AC or DC 220V, which can ensure the reliable operation of the locking part. During operation, if the control power supply disappears, the locking contact will not misoperate, and the locked equipment will still be reliably locked.

Temperature and humidity digital display and control:

It can be equipped with 1 to 2 channels of temperature and humidity sensors and output contacts, and can display the temperature and humidity values on site. Users can set the upper and lower limits of heating/dehumidification output according to their needs. When the ambient temperature is ≥40°C, heating is unconditionally stopped to prevent overheating damage.

High-voltage live self-inspection function:

The high-voltage live self-inspection button is a self-resetting button (without lock). When the main unit is live but the three phases are not live, press the self-inspection switch. The three-phase high-voltage indicator lights are simultaneously powered by the internal power supply and lit up. The unlocked state is converted to the locked state (the unlock light goes out), and the electromagnetic locking output relay is disconnected.

Electrical inspection/nuclear phase detection port:

The control device can provide a set of (three-phase) electrical inspection/nuclear phase external detection ports, which need to be used in conjunction with an electrical inspection/nuclear phase detector (purchased separately). Insert the electrical inspection/nuclear phase detector into a certain phase sequence port and grounding port of the electrical inspection end. If the electrical inspection/nuclear phase detector shows a display, it means that the tested phase sequence is live. Insert the electrical inspection/nuclear phase detector into the same phase sequence port of the electrical inspection/nuclear phase of two control devices. If the electrical inspection/nuclear phase detector does not show a display, it means that the phase sequences are the same.
