In the lifting and transportation industry, it overcomes all shortcomings of frequency conversion speed regulation and breaks through the high-tech difficulty of stepless speed regulation at home and abroad for winding electrical level. It has the advantages of strong versatility, intelligent detection and control, no contact, no spark, no noise, high sensitivity, fast response, no resistance, simple line, convenient maintenance, extremely low failure rate, long service life, etc. At present, it has been widely used in coal mining, metallurgy, chemical, petroleum and other industries. 2. A 36/10t long-span C-type gantry crane with a span of 35 meters and a total length of 55 meters
According to the use of open-air warehouses, railways, ports and terminals, etc., our company designed and manufactured this equipment for Jinan Shanshui Logistics Port Co., Ltd. It integrates Western design concepts and adopts a flexible design scheme for the gantry crane legs, which increases the effective space between the hook and the legs. The whole machine has a good leg-passing system, which is especially suitable for the lifting and lateral transfer of ultra-long objects. The equipment successfully passed the acceptance test of the Shandong Province Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and was well received after being put into use.
3. MU 300t-112m-63m dock gantry crane
Our company has undertaken the upper and lower trolleys and a complete set of accessories for the 300-ton MU dock gantry crane of Jiangsu New Century Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. This project has large investment and high technical difficulty, and there is no experience in manufacturing 300-ton cranes in the province. As a result, the company established a project team, led by the chief engineer to conduct technical research and safety demonstration. After being reviewed and approved by the Provincial Quality Inspection Bureau, the manufacturing process and quality control procedures were strictly implemented. After months of meticulous manufacturing and multi-layer quality control, the equipment successfully completed the design, manufacturing, and installation work, and all performance indicators are in line with the safety supervision acceptance standards, and has the characteristics of a more reasonable structure, smooth and flexible operation, and safe and reliable braking. Therefore, it has been unanimously approved by users and supervision units, and the equipment has now been fully used.
4. High-tech products such as 75/20t-700t light large-range speed regulating cranes for power stations and wireless speed regulating cranes for industrial and mining
The company independently designed and manufactured special cranes for power stations with variable frequency and stepless speed regulation are another breakthrough in our research and development work. The main beam adopts optimized design, which reduces the height of the trolley, which can be reduced by about 1.5 meters compared with similar ordinary double beam cranes, thus reducing the owner's factory investment cost. In addition, the equipment reduces the weight of the trolley and the whole vehicle in structural form, and minimizes the pressure on large wheels. Therefore, the cost of the factory can be further reduced. In addition, the whole machine adopts a frequency conversion speed regulation system, which can realize a lifting and lowering of a few tenths of a millimeter at a time, which can make the workpiece in place smoothly and accurately. It is especially suitable for the precise installation and maintenance requirements of low pressure cylinders of steam turbines and generator rotors. Our company has undertaken the export of 250t power station cranes from the Republic of Congo in South Africa, 600t power station cranes from Dehong Prefecture in Yunnan, and 80/30t-ton power stations from Zhenglan Power Plant in Inner Mongolia.
