Sample racks are available for III/V MBE systems, GaN MBE systems, SiC and SiGe MBE systems, etc. Tungsten heated sample racks are suitable for most high temperature material applications, tantalum wire heaters are commonly used in III/V material growth MBE systems, and pyrolytic graphite heaters are recommended for SiGe MBE systems. If the sample table needs to be used in an oxygen environment, it is necessary to consider the anti-oxygen pressure sample table SH-O.

Twente Solid State Technology BV（TSST）was founded in 1998 as a spin-off company from the University of Twente, and offers high quality thin film solutions. As a result TSST products can now be found around the world.
