Founded in 2009, Beijing Congzhongqiao Technology Co., Ltd. mainly agents imported ranging and other equipment. 
In 2014, Rxiry (Beijing) Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established to operate the independent brand "Rxiry". 
In 2016, it began to set up factories to independently research and develop and produce "Rxiry" brand rangefinders.
In 2019, Rxiry (Beijing) became a Class A taxpayer in Beijing. In the same year, Beijing Zhongke Lingzhong Technology Co., Ltd. was established, mainly for R&D and production, as well as Jiangsu Xunwei Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., which is mainly a military product production line. 
In 2020, it became a "Gazelle Enterprise" in Zhongguancun National Independent Demonstration Zone, breaking through the miniaturization of 10km ranging technology. 
In 2021, the headquarters moved to Huai'an, Jiangsu, and established Rxiry(Jiangsu) Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., integrating R&D, production and sales. In the same year, Jiangsu Rxiry Guohong Cultural Development Co., Ltd. was established for cultural operation. Beijing Congzhongqiao Technology Co., Ltd. was renamed Rxiry (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.

The products are mainly divided into three parts: the first part is the comprehensive training evaluation system, for the daily military training needs of public security, armed police, troops, national defense education and other industries, there are laser target shooting system, real person confrontation system and so on; The second part is the laser ranging system, which mainly has three series of products, for power, environmental protection, emergency, fire fighting, water conservancy, safety supervision, forestry, geology, oil survey, scientific research colleges and universities, pasture, municipal administration, outdoor sports and other industries, to solve the measurement problems for users of various industries, provide the simplest and most convenient measurement scheme. The third part is mainly the ranging module system, which mainly meets the needs of the military side in artillery guidance, UAV detection, shipborne guidance, vehicle speed and range measurement and other industries.
