Structure and Features: The machine adopts a gear-driven direct drive to the outer side of the conveyor belt, which is frictionally operated on the friction strip of the slide rail through sliding blocks. The friction coefficient between high molecular materials is relatively smaller than that of stainless steel; these materials are self-lubricating, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate and reducing friction. Structurally, compared to conventional spiral freezers, this design eliminates the intermediate rotating basket, preventing wear caused by static friction transmission between the basket and conveyor belt. Additionally, the special structure of the sliding blocks on the conveyor belt ensures that the belt never flips over, completely solving issues related to stoppages and maintenance due to belt flipping. With the same horizontal airflow delivery method as conventional spiral freezers, this improves evaporator efficiency and reduces drying loss of frozen products. Flexible incoming methods include low in low out, low in high out, high in low out, and multiple in multiple out. Application Fields: Slider-type freezers are widely used for cooling and quick freezing processing of aquatic products, meat products, poultry, pastries, dairy products, prepared foods, and baked goods.
