Structurally, compared to conventional spiral freezers, this design eliminates the intermediate rotating basket, preventing wear caused by static friction transmission between the basket and the conveyor belt. Additionally, the special structure of the sliding blocks on the conveyor belt ensures that it never flips, solving problems caused by flipping that lead to shutdowns and maintenance. Vertical air supply: The stacked spiral freezer adopts vertical air supply, with all cold air passing down through multiple layers of conveyor belts. At the same time, the conveyor belt guards have a certain number of ventilation holes, allowing for radial airflow on the surface of the conveyor belt. Food is always frozen under the combined action of vertical and horizontal cold air, resulting in high freezing efficiency. Excellent energy-saving characteristics: With low conveyor belt driving force, only a motor with smaller power is needed. Using a centrifugal fan, the wind pressure and volume are large, requiring fewer fans. Unique conveyor belt system: Closed product freezing area improves the usage rate of cooling capacity, and products will not be blown away. Tensioning device for the conveyor belt automatically adjusts tension to prevent jamming and flipping. Depending on the type of frozen food and the width of the conveyor belt, the freezing capacity of self-stacking freezers can range from 1000 to 5000 kg/h.
