Device Features: The impact-type tunnel freezer is a novel, high-efficiency single-unit freezing device. High-speed, low-temperature airflow is vertically sprayed onto the upper and lower surfaces of frozen products, quickly freezing their surfaces, locking in internal moisture to reduce dehydration, and maintaining optimal quality for frozen products. Adjustable nozzles: Depending on the thickness of the frozen product, the distance between the nozzle outlet and the product can be adjusted at any time through the adjustment mechanism, ensuring that the high-speed airflow always strikes vertically on the surface of the frozen product. To shorten installation time on site and ensure equipment quality, each module can be assembled as a whole skid or unit in the factory before being transported to the customer's site. The modular design concept allows for increasing equipment capacity by adding modules to existing devices. According to different conveyor belts, it can be divided into impact-type mesh belt freezers, impact-type plate belt freezers, impact-type double mesh belt freezers, impact-type double plate belt freezers, double-layer impact-type mesh belt freezers, and multi-layer impact-type mesh belt freezers. Application Fields: Widely used for individual freezing or tray processing of aquatic products, meat and poultry products, and bakery products. In particular, the impact-type plate belt freezer is especially suitable for the single freezing processing of fish fillets, shrimp, scallop columns, etc. Depending on the type of frozen product and conveyor belt width, the freezing capacity range of the impact-type tunnel freezer can reach 200 ~ 3000 kg/h.
