Application: This equipment is widely used for a variety of aquatic products (such as fish fillets, fish chunks, shrimp, squid, etc.), meat products (such as poultry, pork, etc.), vegetable products, and pasta products. It can be used for direct deep-frying processing or for deep-frying after coating with flour or batter. Features: The device employs electric heating, PLC control, and variable frequency speed regulation. Different control processes can be set through the PLC according to the frying temperature and time required for different products. The equipment is equipped with an automatic sludge scraping system that continuously removes oil sludge generated during the frying process from the bottom. Automatic filtration ensures clean frying oil, greatly extending its service life. A circulating oil pump keeps the oil in uniform circulation during operation, maintaining a constant oil temperature within the tank and ensuring consistent product quality. An anti-floating mesh belt is installed above the main conveyor belt to prevent products from floating inside the fryer, ensuring proper frying results. With excellent safety performance, the fryer automatically cuts off power when there is no or little oil, or when the oil temperature exceeds the preset range, triggering an alarm. Multiple temperature zones allow for setting temperatures according to product requirements.
