Product Introduction: The LC-100SA is an intelligent balance instrument that connects to a handheld PDA via Bluetooth, ensuring a safe distance between human and machine. The main unit is capable of vibration analysis for rotating equipment, bearing diagnosis, and single or double-sided dynamic balancing adjustment of equipment. When used with a device health diagnostic platform system, it can achieve point inspection and quality inspection of equipment before leaving the factory.

Six Major Features: Compact and portable, easy to operate, powerful functions, intelligent diagnosis, long-lasting battery life, and platform interconnection.

Five Major Functions: Vibration analysis, bearing diagnosis, point inspection, data interconnectivity, and dynamic balancing.

Vibration Analysis Fault Diagnosis: The device supports data collection of acceleration, velocity, displacement, temperature, and speed, and can display time and frequency domain waveforms and parameters locally in real-time. The product is supported by various algorithms, including FFT and envelope demodulation. In case of a faulty device, users can perform immediate fault diagnosis on-site.

Bearing Fault Diagnosis: By correctly installing the device and following the operation guidance of the bearing diagnosis module to collect bearing vibration data, automatic diagnosis of bearing operation status can be completed. The diagnosis includes information on the operating status, fault types, and remaining life of the bearing.

Equipment Point Inspection Function: Customizable point inspection plans for multiple devices are possible. Equipment maintenance personnel only need to collect operating data from specified equipment at set times and routes to complete routine equipment maintenance work. Point inspection data will be automatically uploaded to the equipment management platform for digital management. The device also supports multiple measurement detections, dimensionless parameter detections, and manual data recording.

Online Cloud Platform: The measured data from the device can be uploaded to the cloud platform in real-time for interconnection with APP and PC ends, achieving functions such as digital work orders, digital maintenance reports, digital operation reports, digital statistical reports, and fault analysis reports. This enhances the digital management capabilities of enterprises.

On-Site Equipment Dynamic Balancing: Users can quickly perform dynamic balancing adjustments on equipment without changing the original installation conditions. A single dynamic balancing adjustment can remove more than ninety percent of the imbalance and directly generate a dynamic balancing result report.
