1、Introduction

ZY-CM-P4 fully automatic sample milling and tablet pressing system is a sample preparation system that integrates crushing, iron removal (optional), grinding, tablet pressing, cleaning and dust removal. Mainly used to prepare tablet samples of minerals (carbonates, cement, ceramic raw materials, ore, sintered ore, and slag) that can be used for XRF or XRD analysis. Reserved interface for direct connection with XRF. The system consists of 2 independent equipment:（1） ZY-CM multifunctional automatic vibrating disc mill（2） ZY-P4 Fully automatic tablet machine

This machine requires external compressed air and dust removal pipelines.

 2、Main features

2.1 Fully automatic control, with customizable processes and parameters on the touch screen. Dual units can operate independently or automatically throughout the entire process.

2.2 Fully sealed sound insulation treatment, with reserved dust removal interface and compressed air interface.

2.3 Equipped with a small jaw crusher and an electric permanent magnet automatic iron removal device in mill unit, the sample preparation path can be programmed or defined.

2.4 Built in 5 cup magazine (expandable) for convenient continuous sample preparation in mill unit.

2.5 PVC ring one-time pressure tablet, with good quality in tablet, eliminating pollution from recycled steel rings; No additives required, ensuring accurate XRF data and saving additive costs.

2.6 The four dosing station design can meet four different characteristics of samples. Compressed air blowing to eliminate residual pollution.

2.7 The sample head is automatically cleaned, and dust-free paper is used for one-time cleaning to ensure that the analysis surface of the sample is not contaminated.

2.8 The system is designed with flexible layout, which can be adjusted left and right according to requirements, meeting the on-site and automated layout requirements of users.
