1、Introduction

The ZY-P2 fully automatic tablet machine is a fully automatic equipment that integrates powder cup input, PVC ring storage and preparation, fully automatic powder classification and dosing (dual station), PVC ring filling, automatic pressing, sample cleaning and transportation, sample output, powder cup output, automatic blowing, wiping and cleaning. It is mainly used for sample preparation before XRF or XRD analysis. Reserved interfaces for direct connection to XRF or XRD. This machine requires external compressed air and dust removal pipelines.

2、 Main features

2.1 Fully sealed sound insulation treatment, with reserved dust removal interface and compressed air interface.

2.2 The equipment is controlled by PLC and parameters can be defined on a touch screen.

2.3 PVC ring one-time pressure tablet, with good quality in tablet, eliminating pollution from recycled steel rings; No additives required, ensuring accurate XRF data and saving additive costs.

2.4 The dual dosing station design can meet two different characteristics of samples. Compressed air blowing to eliminate residual pollution.

2.5 The sample head is automatically cleaned, and dust-free paper is used for one-time cleaning to ensure that the analysis surface of the sample is not contaminated.

2.6 The equipment can operate independently and also reserves interfaces for ZY-CM multifunction disc mill and XRF automation integration.
