1、Introduction

ZY-CM multi-function automatic vibrating disc mill is a fully automatic equipment that integrates batch sample input, fully automatic crushing, demagnetization (program optional), grinding, demagnetization (program optional), output, dust removal and cleaning functions. It is mainly used to prepare dry particle samples such as metallurgical slag, minerals, and environmental solid waste into powder samples that can be used for chemical analysis, XRF or XRD pre-treatment. An interface has been reserved for direct connection with the fully automatic tablet press.

This machine requires external compressed air and dust removal pipelines.

 2、Main features

2.1 Fully sealed sound insulation treatment, with reserved dust removal interface and compressed air interface.

2.2 The flange plate and vibration frame of the electric motor are fixed with bolts, and the power of the vibration machinery is generated by the eccentric block on the rotating electric motor shaft.

2.3 Equipped with a small jaw crusher and an electric permanent magnet automatic iron removal device, the sample preparation path can be programmed and defined.

2.4 Built in 5 cup magazine (expandable) for convenient continuous sample preparation.

2.5 The equipment is controlled by PLC and operated on a touch screen.According to different sample preparation requirements and material variety characteristics, different sample preparation paths and grinding parameters can be defined.

2.6 A sealed tungsten carbide material grinding device with automatic grinding,discharge, compressed air blowing and cleaning, and synchronous automatic dust removal.

2.7 The equipment can run independently and also has reserved interfaces for automation integration.
