2.1 Closed structure ensures the safety of the circular sand cloth belt grinding process.

2.2 PLC controlled servo feed can accurately control the grinding thickness of the specimens. Key parameters such as grinding depth and grinding speed can be set, and multiple grinding formulas can be configured. Especially used for OES steel standards, it can ensure the minimum removal amount 0.05mm every grinding and the verticality of the sample, increase the frequency of use

of standard sample, and effectively reduce costs.
