Module Functions:
Automatic Switching Features:
Intelligent Switching: At any moment, if one of the mains power fails (including manual switching), the device will automatically switch to the other power supply, eliminating the need for manual switching or the danger of power failure. The system defaults to B as the main path upon factory shipment.
High and Low Voltage Protection Switching: When one input AC voltage is low or overvoltage, the device will automatically switch to the other power supply.
Manual Switching Features:
When both power supplies are normal, the load can be switched to the other power supply by the panel control button.
Power Supply Priority: Can be set by the user, with the system defaulting to B power supply as the priority.
Protection Features:
Input Protection: Overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, and loss of voltage protection.
Overload Protection: When the load exceeds 110% of the device's load capacity, the device will automatically cut off the output.
Overvoltage and Undervoltage Protection:
The voltage detection circuit of STS's input one and input two detects that the input voltage of one and two is simultaneously below or above the working voltage range of STS. At this time, STS will cut off the output of STS through the control circuit program. When one of the input voltages is below or above the working voltage range of STS, STS will automatically switch to the other power supply with a normal working voltage range. When the voltage returns to normal, STS will automatically switch back to the original power supply input.
Overcurrent Protection:
When the output load current of STS is higher than 110% of the rated current specified by STS, STS will cut off the output after 5 seconds and issue an acoustic and optical alarm. When the downstream load is short-circuited, STS will also cut off the output and issue an acoustic and optical alarm to ensure the safety of the downstream load.
Intelligent Alarm Function:
When there is an undervoltage, overvoltage, power loss, or output overcurrent fault in both input paths, the device will automatically initiate an alarm.
Self-check function, when the device itself has a fault, it will automatically initiate an alarm.
Monitoring Features:
RS485 serial port Modbus protocol is used for network management of STS devices. It can be integrated into the room dynamic environmental monitoring system through the RS485 serial port for remote monitoring.
LED Display: Working status (one path working or two paths working, one path abnormal or two paths abnormal, and output failure).
LCD Display: Using an LCD liquid crystal display, it displays the running status of STS: input voltage parameters, output voltage parameters, output current parameters, working status (one path working or two paths working, one path abnormal or two paths abnormal, and output failure), achieving zero-distance communication between man and machine.
Dry Contact Interface: Outputs dry contact switch signals.
Surge Protection:
To provide maximum protection for critical loads and STS itself.
Original Imported SCR Module:
Using digital control technology and perfect protection functions, it achieves super stability; designed with original imported西门康SCR silicon controlled rectifier module, it has extremely strong overload and impact resistance; using a delay topology, it truly achieves precise switching performance; with extremely strong power adaptability, the STS series can simultaneously input the same phase and different phase power situations. This product uses synchronous control technology and high-sampling modules to ensure synchronous consistency during switching and achieve perfect load transfer.
