Structural characteristics and advantages

1. High rigidity structure design, the use of T-shaped base, to better ensure the stability of the whole machine, the whole casting box design to achieve high bending rigidity.

2. The X axis is on the base, which can ensure that the saddle and the table move along the X axis within the entire travel range of the base support (that is, full support), there is no suspension, and there will be no sagging phenomenon at both ends of the X axis of other manufacturers' machine tools, because of the X axis travel, which can better ensure accuracy.
