Structural characteristics and advantages

1. High rigidity structure design, the use of T-shaped base, to better ensure the stability of the whole machine, the whole casting box design to achieve high bending rigidity.

2. The X axis is on the base, which can ensure that the saddle and the table move along the X axis within the entire travel range of the base support (that is, full support), there is no suspension, and there will be no sagging phenomenon at both ends of the X axis of other manufacturers' machine tools, because the X axis travel range is large, which can better ensure accuracy.

3. The spindle loose knife mechanism adopts hydraulic loose knife, which does not use gas, has higher reliability, and greatly reduces the requirements for the stability of the air source in the production workshop.

4. The three-axis guide rail adopts the heavy-duty roller rail made in Taiwan, with excellent rigidity, bearing capacity and service life.

5. Both ends of the screw bearing with sealing ring dust protection, increase bearing life and accuracy.

6. The machine adopts centralized oil automatic lubrication system for each shaft screw and guide rail, which not only greatly reduces the amount of lubricating oil used, but also does not mix waste oil into the cooling water tank, prolonging the service life of cutting fluid, and more in line with the requirements of environmental protection.

7. The spindle is equipped with a high-precision temperature control oil cooler, which is more accurate than the general oil cooler to ensure the constant temperature of the spindle during long-term work, better control the thermal deformation of the spindle, and make the processing accuracy more stable.

8. Double internal spiral chip removal + external chain chip removal machine to ensure the chip removal effect.

9. The overall structure is made of high-grade cast iron material, and the internal stress is eliminated by heat treatment to ensure the durability of rigid accuracy.

10. Digital structure design, coupled with high-grade peripheral parts, can cope with light and heavy cutting.
