The CORE Optical high-speed scanning system is the first to increase the speed of the production process, providing an exceptionally flexible 3D optical inspection solution for the measurement requirements of the global manufacturing industry. The CORE is based on a solid mechanical construction and is developed and manufactured at the Windsor plant in Germany. This is also the cornerstone of its accuracy, reliability and product quality.
Compared to the contact coordinate measuring machine, the CORE scan speed of up to 400 mm per second, which can save about four times the time. Taking into account the different needs of customers for shop-like equipment and floor space, Wenzel has developed CORESE(Essential), which offers excellent cost performance and a smaller floor space, but does not come with an automatic protective cover.
