1.Product Details

The tying mechanism of Horizontal Full-Automatic Baler is divided into automatic wire baling and PET baling. The baler can be connected to the production line, air pipe feeding and other connections.
Horizontal Full-Automatic Compression Baler uses three-sided shrinking mouth, tightening and loosening by cylinder, and it keeps the whole equipment stable and powerful. Touch screen control with PLC program makes the operation simple. Being equipped with automatic feeding detection and automatic pressing realize unmanned operation.
The unique automatic strapping device with simple structure works fast and stably. It has low failure rate and is easy to maintain.
It is equipped with acceleration oil pump and booster oil pump to save electricity, energy consumption and cost.
Automatically inspecting failure and information display improves the efficiency of detection. Bale length can be set and bale numbers can be recorded accurately.
The unique concave multi-point cutter design improves cutting efficiency and prolongs the service life of the cutter. Three-phase voltage and safety interlock make it simple and durable. Also it can be equipped with conveyor line or air pipe to reach higher efficiency.
