Working Principle of Robotic Arm Number Sprayer

Positioning: Initially, the robotic arm uses sensors or vision systems to determine the position and orientation of the casting, ensuring that the spray location is accurately identified.

Cooling Treatment (if needed): Given that the casting temperature is very high, it may be necessary to apply some cooling treatment to the surface of the casting to prevent the spray material from rapidly evaporating or failing to adhere due to the high temperature.

Spraying Numbers: After the robotic arm with the nozzle reaches the predetermined position, it sprays special high-temperature resistant paint on the casting according to preset information (such as batch number, date, etc.). This paint can remain stable at high temperatures, is not easy to peel off, and has good visibility.

Cleaning and Maintenance: After completing the spraying, the robotic arm returns to its initial position, and the system cleans the nozzle to avoid residues affecting the next operation.
