The machine breaks the food waste after preliminary sorting, and at the same time separates the light inorganic substances: After the food waste is crushed through the double axis, the light inorganic substances in the material, such as plastics, paper scraps, fibers, etc. are separated and removed by the multi-functional crushing and sorting machine. Multifunctional crushing and sorting machine is a special equipment designed for the breaking and separation of food and kitchen waste. The machine adopts spiral drum structure, which rotates at high speed under the motor drive and produces strong centrifugal force. The water-containing organic matter and light inorganic matter entering the roller are thrown to the inner wall of the separator under the action of centrifugal force. After the organic matter is broken by the blade arranged on the inner wall, it falls along the inner wall of the separator together with the light inorganic matter, and enters the mixing and crushing pulping tank at the back end. The lightweight inorganic material is spiraled internally and discharged through the discharge hole on the side of the separator.
