The boring and honing composite machine tool can solve the problem of boring and honing composite machining by one-time clamping, so as to avoid the error caused by multiple clamping. The machine tool is equipped with linear motor and marble base, which can effectively improve the overall stability and positioning accuracy of the machine tool and ensure the shape and position tolerance of the parts to be processed. This machine tool is specially developed for taper hole machining of turbine disc assembly of aero-engine. With tool magazine, it has automatic tool change function and honing processing capacity, which can improve the dimensional accuracy of taper hole, especially the dimensional consistency. Meanwhile, it can improve the surface roughness of taper hole, so as to improve the fit between taper pin and taper hole.
